Which is best iOS or tn

I was looking for a gaming monitor under 400, I've seen alot of stuff about iOS and TN panels but which is best for gaming, I'm most likely going to play lol and warframe. Which type ( a specific monitor would be great ) would I buy

Do you mean IPS? TN panels are cheaper and have a slightly faster response time of a few milliseconds usually, while IPS panels have better color ranges and look a bit better, but tend to cost a little bit more. If you can find a IPS panel for a price similar to a TN panel you are looking at, and it has an acceptable response time, go for IPS.

It's 144hz so gaming will be buttery smooth, especially with that gtx 1070. It's 27" but if you prefer a smaller screen there is also a 24" alternative. Hope this helps
