Hey, I will use it for small jobs.
Which one has better performance?

That depends on what small jobs are, if its just email, light web browsing and word docs then go with the i3, but if you are doing something more multicore oriented then the A6 might be a better option. That and AMD's APU's are a lot better that Intel's IGP.
