Very close in performance. Your deciding factor should be if you want Nvidia specific features of if your most played games are known to be AMD or Nvidia favored.

Go with the GTX 960.
They offer very similar performance but the Nvidia card consumes less power.
The only reason one would pick the AMD card would be the cheaper price tag but since they both cost the same in your country, go with GTX 960.

I'd go with the GTX 960 for PhysX, runs cooler, less power consumption, otherwise a R9 280X if the price was about the same in your country.

I would opt for the 960 as I personally feel Nvidia's driver support for new games is much better, plus it uses less watts so is cheaper to run
