i7-6700K = $409.99
i7-5820K = $379.99
i7-4790K = $314.99

So definitely skip the i7-5820K.

But I wonder... if you're just gaming and using twitch, then why an i7? They're expensive and the only benefit is hyperthreading which games have to be specially coded for - and most aren't.
Why not drop down to an i5-6600K for $254.99, save yourself AT LEAST $60 and spend more on a graphics card.

Just a thought :)

Isn't that my first choice geo?

Crixilian - I wont be upgrading its a one shot deal, my wife made that very clear haha. you said 4790 is best but kier said the 6 cores....so which is it?

Neo- part picker didn't even have that as an option >.< I'm such a noob.

my fault, I am in US California but i had compatibility filter on >.<

Is there any real difference between the:

Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core

and

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core ?

No...
The only possible exception to that, depends on Microsoft's DX12. It purportedly makes use of multiple GPUs, even if they're not by the same manufacturer!
But being as it's integrated graphics, the likelihood is not by very much.

Should I worry about this?

The G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

Newest build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/F9TvMp

In the new build is there a better GPU for around the same price or any other changes you would make?

I have to be honest, I tend to ignore the CPU suggestions and focus on the motherboard - that's going to be the one that carries the RAM and as such, the specs of the motherboard say it should support it so go with that :)
Also, I'd go for the Cloud II headset - reviews say it is an improvement and they look to be around the same price. Finally, do you need 32GB of RAM? It seems excessive and you could go for 16GB and get the same gaming performance out of it. Unless you're doing other stuff?
If you do need 32GB of RAM would you be better upgrading to Windows 10 Pro?
I did make this build based on your suggestions:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zPtX6h
It features the newer i5 processor, but also the newer chipset on the motherboard which allows for DDR4 RAM. Just a thought?

I only picked the 32gb or ram because it was still in my budget and I do like to multitask. While I will dabble in a bit of everything, gaming and twitch streaming are the main focus.

I still can't see you using more than 16GB RAM, even with all of that.
I never really asked however, do you have a budget with which to buy things? You mentioned above whether the 390 was the best graphics card you can get, and for 1080p it probably is. Going for the 390x or GTX 980 you're moving into 1440p territory. The monitor for instance is ok for the price, but there are undeniably better ones out there if you're willing to spend a bit more money.
And as I say, I still suggest the Cloud II headset rather than the original!

You're right neo, I have reduced it to 16gb. When I install the ram into 2 of the 4 slots on the MB does it matter which ones I use?

I can't spend over 1300$ before tax without the wife murdering me while I sleep <.< >.>

Could you suggest a few I should look at? I do want at least 27in (and I would like 120hz but they are 120$ more) but I was trying to keep it around or below 200$.

The cloud 2 you linked was all pink and girly haha I like blue and black color scheme personally. More to the point I'm not sure if the quality difference between the two is worth the 25$ more

What are your thought on the 6 cores for the extra power since I will be streaming myself and the game I'm playing through twitch? I know most games don't use 6 cores and its a lower speed than the I5 3.5ghz I'm going for but it does have hyperthreading.

Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core

Also considering my build, what would be the better graphics card? the one in my build or:

IGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX G-SYNC

or a different card? Its really hard to tell the difference >.<

Hello again,
When you install the RAM, you'll notice they'll be in two different colours. Check the motherboard handbook/manual, but generally from left to right, you stick them in 1, 3, 2, 4 in that order. By all means once you have finalised your build, stick back up all the components on here and I'll try to advise as best as I can!

Crixilian seems to have more experience with Twitch than I do - Twitch admits itself that the GPU isn't the biggest factor to the performance, which suggests the CPU is. I've done a tiny bit of research and they're not very forthcoming with answers, so from that perspective it could be best to go for the 6-core 5820k.
HOWEVER,
It's $100 more expensive AND you need to buy a 3rd party CPU cooler as it doesn't come with a stock one. According to http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html nigh on every CPU we've suggested so far is in the top bracket for CPUs. I'd suggest choosing one of the cheaper ones in this bracket personally and putting the money into another component. You'll notice not one of the AMD processors features in the top bracket and I'm sure that Twitch streams must operate on them!

Although I've always had Nvidia GPUs, I believe in this case the 390 has the edge. Check out this video:

Here the guy actually compares games, rather than just benchmark/on paper performance.

I didn't know they were color coded that makes it alot easier thanks.

I understand that more cores and more ghz speed = better but when budget also a consideration the utilization of said power becomes paramount. I don't mind buying the more expensive chip but I want to make sure it will be fully utilized as I will dabble in everything but the main 2 reasons of the build is for graphically intense games and broadcasting myself with in using twitch.

Which Graphics card is better ?
