Minecraft heavily relies on single core performance so higher the clock speed the better. In recent versions chunk loading of the world was able to be offloaded to spare cores but this is usually limited to about only 4 core. FPS will be 90% dependent on only core. They said that minecraft only needs a fast clock speeds than cores. is it true?
so the i3 is better?Minecraft heavily relies on single core performance so higher the clock speed the better. In recent versions chunk loading of the world was able to be offloaded to spare cores but this is usually limited to about only 4 core. FPS will be 90% dependent on only core.
i5 for java edition and i3 for win 10 version rightDepends on which version of the game.
This is the requirements for the Java version: https://help.mojang.com/customer/en...48-minecraft-java-edition-system-requirements
The I5 looks to be the better choice.
This appears to be the Windows 10 version: https://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=23314&game=Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition
The I3 looks to be the winner here, but it's not like the I5 would do any worse...
