which is better the AMD-e2200 or the intel B970?

I believe you mean the AMD E2-2000 APU @ 1.75GHz. The Intel B970 (Sandy Bridge generation) is clocked at 2.3GHz, but even if it was clocked at the same speed as the E2-2000 it could slap the AMD APU silly when it comes to CPU processing power.

When it comes to the integrated graphics, both Radeon HD 7340 and the Intel HD (Sandy Bridge) are roughly the same. Notebookcheck.net ranks the Intel HD (Sandy Bridge) just barely higher than the Radeon HD 7340. In the below link it lists the HD Graphics (Sandy Bridge) above the HD 7340 in the Class 5 section (really weak). In between are the Adreno 330 and the Chrome9HD; never heard of them.

I would choose the Intel B970 over the AMD E2-2000 any day of the week. Make that every second in every minute. Much more powerful CPU processing power and equal (and very weak) graphics horsepower.... Make that sickly kitten power...

The adreno 330 is the GPU used in the galaxy S4 phone. Chrome9HD is used in chromebooks. Just some friendly info.

The AMD E series APUs are definitely not worth considering. As stated above they are very weak compared with intel's pentium line. If it was a choice between an A series APU and a core iX then the waters would be muddied and would all depend on if you need better CPU or GPU performance.
