There is no "Best budget" graphics card atm because all the GPU's are like double their prices.

I'd say the GTX 1660 Super but you don't want to buy one right now. A 1660 Super was 250 dollars. Now it's 500. It's crazy.

1650super still sells reasonably low priced, get one of them, it performs as well as a 580 better or worse... mostly better.

the 1050 Ti is if you want to save money, if you have the money best go with the 1650 super or 1660 as they have better price to performance and price per watt.
