Which is the best graphics card for THIS mainboard.

Hello Guys,
I've got a HP Pavilion P6-2149EG and was asking which is the best Budget Graphics Card (up to 200$), that would fit on the Mainboard (see Pic), and would use the PCIe 2.0, because the mainboard unfortunately doesnt support PCIe 3.0.
And It's also important, that the built in Power Supply is enough, and that all the parts are compatible with the GPU.

It's probably got about the best you can do with the PSU that comes with the rig. Might check the PSU and see how many watts it actually has on the 12 volt rail - should have a label on it, would guess less than 250 on the 12 volt rail

Couldn't I just fit a new PSU in there and add a new GPU?
