My friend need to decide a what spec that he need to get after this months and he encounter this

RYZEN 9 7900X3D
RTX 4080 SUPER
32 GB RAM 16×2 7200 MHZ DDR5
1000 PSU
X TYPE MOBO

SPEC 2
I7 14700KF
RTX 4090
32 GB RAM 16×2 DDR 5 6800 mhz
1000 PSU
Z790 MOBO

he is confused what to choose between these two spec and he mostly play multiplayer online game like valorant dota 2 cs 2 sometimes adventure game like cyberpunk ,robocop but he mostly be in multiplayer online game.any suggestion?

You/your friend should look at the specs for the games to be played.

Most software manufacturers (inluding games) provide some listing of required hardware/software specs.

Usually in the form of minimal, recommended, and best.

You/your friend do not want minimal and you do want as much best as can be afforded.

Compare listed SPECx (1 and 2) to the requirements of the games.

The Ryzen I would get simply because intel ATM is having alot of performance issues and failure wouldn't recommend intel with a 20 foot pole
