Which is the better buy?

I have the opportunity to buy one of the following two computers. They are both about the same price, so I'm more interested in which is a better setup. My main uses with be moderate gaming/emulation and photo editing.

Neither is optimized well at all. Buy PC 1 and save up for an fx-8350. That is your best bet. The GPU will play games at medium settings comfortably.
