Which laptop CPU/GPU combo bottlenecks less?

Hello, in my country all the new legions and omens haven't arrives and shipping costs from elsewhere are extortionate. This leaves me with MSI and I have 2 options here:

i5-9300H and RTX 2060
MSI GF65 Thin (cheapest)
vs
i7-10750H and GTX 1660Ti
GL65 Leopard 10SDR
(quite a bit more expensive)

both have 512 GB SSDs. first got 8GB (could add 8 more myself), second has 16, but is like 300 Euros more expensive.

I'm also downsizing from 17.3 inch to 15.6 laptops, how bad is that for gaming experience, should i stick to 17.3?

There's also a third option MSI GL75 Leopard 10SER which comes with i7-10750H and RTX 2060 but it is slightly more expensive still and comes with no OS.

So which option should I pick? Or is it possible to buy Lenovo Legion 7i or the sleek new HP Omen 2020 as an European? Or are we doomed and only Americans can get them?

For gaming don't worry much about bottlenecks, any laptop with a good video card will be matched to a good enough CPU for it. I would go with the system with the 2060 and check RAM use since you may want to upgrade that to 16 gb. Screen size is really a personal preference, if you are using the laptop screen I would pick a larger one for gaming on, if performance of system is a priority vs size.
