Hi, I'm thinking about getting one of these liquid AIOs. Either the Deepcool Castle 360EX or the Corsair H100i RBG Platinum. I know the Deepcool Castle is a 360mm and the Corsair H100i is a 240mm, but is their a huge differnce in cooling proformance? Also I have enough space to fit bother coolers in my case.

And does the vram fan thingy do anything.

I have yet to test the VRM temps but my motherboard runs the VRM's cool any way and has it's own very small fan hidden behind the VRM's (Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 7) under the plastic cover at the rear, It kicks in if the VRM's hit 90 degrees though I have never heard it..

On the Freezer II, I can definitely feel some air coming from the VRM fan and reading a review it apparently did make a difference. The good thing is that you really cannot hear the fan spinning...

So the cooling proformance of this cooler is on par with other 360mm coolers even though it's like $60 less?

Yes, you have to remember that it is a 280mm so 2 times 140mm fans and it is also a much thicker radiator which you will have to take into account with your case depending on where you are placing it. If you place it at the top of the case, make sure you have clearance between the VRM heat sincs on the motherboard and the case top....add the fan thickness to the radiator thickness so 38mm for the Rad + 27mm for the Fan....
