I would go with the Asus A7V133 for several reasons. Asus makes very nice products, and they always have support for their products in the form of new bios, and new drivers. Not to mention its a very popular board and many people could help you with it. I think the next runner up would have to be the new Abit board (I forget what its called) but it has the new KT133a chipset on it so its capable of the 133 x2 FSB. I found an OEM that sells pre overclocked 1.2 GHz @ 1.4 GHz on the abit board, but I'm sure the asus would do it just fine.
Another way to choose (which shouldn't really matter) is the web site. look at the abit web site www.abit-usa.com and the asus web site www.asus.com and you can tell that asus has a better page. When I look at the abit page its relatively confusing. I KNOW this shouldn't matter, but I feel Asus is better and they just happen to have a better site too. I mean look at PC chips site www.pcchips.com , it sucks and guess what, so do their mother boards.
