Which Mobo for i5-2500k OC?

I'm not that familiar with the mobos, and im currently building a whole new gaming rig so i thought i might get a bit of help from the experts here

Here's my setup im going for :
Case: HAF 912 Advanced
CPU: Intel i5 2500k
GPU: MSI 560-TI Hawk
PSU: (not sure yet)
RAM: 2x4GB G.Skill ValueRam DDR3 1333



I plan to Overclock the CPU to the average 4.5Ghz, and the GPU as well as long as it goes well and doesn't overheat etc

Please help me decide on a motherboard for this setup, I'm trying to stay around $100+ / - give or take,

few i have in mind ,

extra: oh and since this is the memory section, should i go for G.skill Ripjaw (like most ppl do) or should i just stick to ValueRam 1333hmz? price difference is SGD40 , which is about $31-32 USD

I like the Asus p67. If u need igpu go with the Asus or Asrock Z68 chipset. If you are a beginner at overclocking Asus has an excellent auto-overclock built into their motherboards that are excellent and do all the work for you so you don't fry anything. U also need a good CPU cooler. The CM hyper 212 is the best for the money, $25. I have it with my i5 OC and it does 4.5ghz with temps in low 50s.

You didn't list where you want to buy from in your country but I've built some machines on the following boards and achieved over 4.5GHz OCs on the 2500K

Gigabyte also have some in the $100-$120 USD range but no experience with them so I cannot comment on overclockability/stability.

can i know whats the main diff in p67 n z68?
theres only Asrock z68 pro 3-m / pro 3 gen 3 here, no pro 3
hats your opinion on the PCIE 3.0? is it necessary ? if i do get the ivy bridge and PCIE3.0 GPU in the future, will i most probably upgrade the mobo as well?
and the price diff between the two is 18SGD, which is about 14-15 USD

Deference is the z68 can use graphics from CPU. PCIe 3.0 is not necessary. No GPU uses it for years to come.

Asus and Asock are the best. Depends on how many options you want on the mother board. Planning for 1,2,3 video cards in future, sli/Xfire comparable, quad sli compatible, Bluetooth, usb3, size. The more expensive the more options it has, usually named the pro or extreme versions.

i dont plan to SLI/Xfire since i'll need to overhaul the whole system if i do so.
Bluetooth as in? USB 3.0 is always welcomed option
currently im looking at
Asrock z68 pro 3-m - 470SGD
Asrock z68 pro 3 gen 3 -488SGD
the gen has the pcie3.0 , is it addition worth the extra 18 ? i mean, this rig is set to last for about 3-4years i guess with the i5 2500k

the price listed is inclusion of a i5 2500k
im not quite familiar with which Asus mobo that is good, any that stacks up with either of that?

I would plan to leave a pci-e slot open for an upgrade to 560sli in the future. The i5 2500k will handle the 560sli and more with no problem and would get close to twice the gaming performance. You would not need to overhaul the whole system, only buy a little better psu now, all other components will work perfectly with future upgrade.

I don't see a need for pci-e in the near future.

i'm not familiar with whats pci-e and what it does, is the 3-M version has less pcie slot?what are the advantages of these Matx and stuff?
