Don't you mean fx6300? Well both of MB's are okay by me, they are both compatible with the fx6300 cpu (Socket AM3+) but i would always go with asus, you can use any quality PSU from good brands such as Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, Chieftec and 400watts will be enough. Ram is not so important take between 4-8GB depending of your budget. Case is not also important but i like Thermaltake V3 it's cool and cheap. You didn't mention which GPU you want, GTX750 is worth every penny. Hope i helped.

Asus M5A97LE-R2.0 32GB < is a very poor motherboard , no heatsinks on the VRM's.
