Question Which monitor is better - Aoc vs Acer

Planning to buy a budget monitor for my setup replacing my samsung 19 inches monitor 60hz. My two options within my price range are the AOC 24b36h 23.8",1ms,100hz and the Acer KA252Q EOBI 24.5", 1ms, 12hz. I could use some help choosing between these two or if you have better suggestions. When you look at them side by side, which one looks better to your eyes? That's the only way to judge. As no two people see color and such the same way you can't simply go by someone else's "pick this one".
