1440p on a 4K monitor will not look right, 1080p scales well on 4K so that would possibly work better.

However the games you want high fps are not that gpu demanding, they may run well at 4K.

Most people mean 1440p when they say 2k which is technically wrong. As I mentioned earlier as far as I know the PS5 still does not support 1440p, only 1080p and 4K are supported.

But what PC specs I need for this monitor ?
simply saying I want to run a channel same like this - https://www.youtube.com/c/HedgehogX/videos
I would aim for an Intel i7 12700 or AMD R7 5800x or above, for RAM 2x16gb 3600mhz. For gpu it depends on what you want to achieve and the budget. If you are happy to average 60-100fps and don’t need to run max settings then a 3070 or 6800 would do. The higher you want your average fps or the closer to max settings then the higher tier gpu you will want. I suggest looking at reviews of gpu’s at 4K. Obviously the specific game also plays a big part in what fps/settings you can use.

yes i prefer 5800x3d with 3080ti
To my knowledge playing GTA V , COD Black Ops Cold War like games in 4k is not a bad idea.
But games like pubg, volarant, apex legends needs high fps, for this I'm asking, can we play 1440p on 4k monitor(Gigabyte M28U ).

My target is single monitor for PS5 and PC gaming.
