Which Motherboard and Cooler for i7-6800k?

Hello, I’d like to upgrade my PC, here are components for the new PC:

CPU: i7-6800K
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 32GB Kit DDR4-3000 (4x8GB, quad channel) – possibly 2x (64 GB)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 580 (from my old PC)
SSD: Samsung SM961 Polaris 1TB
Case: Fractal R3 (from my old PC)
Power supply: Corsair TX650 (from my old PC)
OS: Win 8.1

I’ll use it for work – I run multiple guest operating systems in Virtualbox and many applications (that’s why I need so much RAM). I won’t use it for gaming (maybe 4 times a year). I’d like to overclock it a bit, but I need the system to be 100% stable.

Which motherboard and CPU cooler would you recommend?

Any other advice is welcome, I’ve ordered only the SSD so far.

How much do you plan to spend overall? And especially on said motherboard and cooler? Do you want a $250 motherboard or a $300 motherboard? And do you want liquid cooling or air cooling?

Air cooling.

Don't really have a set price limit, but of course don't wanna overpay

I wouldn't get a Hyper 212X. It's a decent cooler but it's outdated and there's far better ones that have come along since then. So here's some suggestions for air cooling:

The new Asrock X99 Taichi is a decent board, as well. It also doesn't need a bios update, to run a 6800k.

The Noctua NH-U14S looks good, is it compatible with i7-6800K (Socket LGA2011-3)?

Will the cryorig h5 ultimate be good enough for a 6800k overclocked to 4ghz? Will it be super load all the time?
