I won't be overclocking. Will there be any performance or stability issues if I choose any of the following motherboards for the 7950X?

GIGABYTE B650M GAMING X AX DDR5,Socket AM5 mATX Motherboard

GIGABYTE B650M AORUS ELITE AX DDR5,Socket AM5 mATX Motherboard

ASRock B650 Pro RS DDR5,Socket AM5 ATX Motherboard

I don't think that the Gigabyte boards offer good value. Here's why:

Gigabyte B650M Gaming X AX µATX - $214
Gigabyte B650M Aorus Elite AX ATX - $180

So, they hover around $200 for a B650 board, the more expensive of the two is also a µATX instead of a full ATX.

If you want to pay around $200, you shouldn't be getting a second-rate chipset like a B650, especially not on a µATX board when you could get an X670E full-ATX board instead:

ASRock X670E PG Lightning - $200 at Newegg

The most important attribute of any motherboard is the chipset and the X670E is the absolute top-of-the-line chipset that AMD offers on AM5 motherboards. If your budget is ~$200 (which, based on your choices, it seems to be) then I believe that the ASRock X670E PG Lightning is the only motherboard you should be looking at.
