Which Motherboard is a better choice?

I plan to build my new system with an ati x2900xtx and an qx6700. I was just wondering if anyone could suggest a decent board with this combo and I wont be overclocking and my budget is pretty endless. Thanks for any help.

if its prettymuch endless get a msi 975x platinum powerup and a nice compressor cooling kit

i would suggest the ASUS Commando, it supports crossfire (16x and 8x)! Its a stable board and i recommend it!

If I were too get the DFI LANPARTY UT ICFX3200-T2R/G LGA 775 ATI CrossFire Xpress 3200 IE ATX Intel Motherboard which has 2xpci express slots that operate at 8x bandwith for crossfire. would one card operate at 16x bandwith?

AS far as i know the ATI 3200 chipset only supports 8x and 8x in sli, ill take a look around and see what i can find for you, just give me 24 hours and ill give u a link and then you can take a look!

Ok, this board is the top gun right now for a ATI setup! Its got all the latest and greatest stuff stacked on, its got a really good rep(well rev 2.0 and 1.0) Take a look

This is a really nice motherboard but there is 1 problem. I cant seem to find it at any online retailer....... only the 2.0 version which is sold out almost everywhere.

No, it's x16 plus x4 like other 965s incl. the Gigabytes.

I would probably get an Intel Badaxe2 ( D975XBX2).
