Which motherboard is best for a i5 3570k?

I've been looking at the z77 boards and i wondered is the ASUS worth the extra 60-70 dollars? (compared to a gigabite board). as stated I'm using the i5 3570k cpu. this would be used for gaming and i will be playing on a tv. thanks for the input.

ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and Asrock and I will just select on price based on similar features. The only board that has given me any grief in the past was Asus.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 is the best bang for your buck that you can get.
