Question Windows 11 Apps/Games constantly crashing and BSODs, laptop components pass stress tests perfectly ?

Hello everyone, it's my first time in this forum. I need help with my ASUS ROG Strix G18 Laptop, it's been doing weird things lately and last few days have been full of crashes that seem like they have no end. I have a powerful computer with i9 13th, NVIDIA RTX 4070 Laptop, 1TB Micron SSD, 16 GB RAM. I've been using this laptop for 1 year and 3 months now with no maintenance because it's my first time using a laptop and i don't want to void my warranty by ASUS, they don't allow almost anything except doing changes to RAM or SSD.

The frequent error/stop codes i've been getting so far: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, ntoskrnl.exe, 0xc0000005, 0xc0000409 and these warnings back to back most of the time: ".NETFramework, ESENT, WmiApRpl.

Things i have tried so far:
Scanning/Cleaning Windows Image with sfc /scannow and DISM commands
Updating every driver for my components, BIOS update and doing Windows updates
Checking Task Manager for any excessive CPU/RAM/GPU usage, there is nothing looking wrong
Malware scans, all clean
Taking manual control of Pagefile according to my 16 GBs of memory
Checking 3rd party programs for any misbehavior, all clean
Following Event Viewer for more analysis
Debugging Dump files with WinDbg
Watching for GPU/CPU/SYSTEM temperatures with HWInfo (Temperatures are in their usual range)
Resetting Windows with the built-in Reset feature, downloading the latest Windows online. (Everything keeps crashing even after the reset)
Resetting BIOS settings back to defaults
--------------------------------- I decided to stress test my components after the Windows reset ---------------------
Testing CPU with IntelBurnTest and Prime95 (All clean and very good)
Testing RAM with Windows' built in Memory Diagnostics and MemTest86 (All clean and perfect, PASS with 0 errors on MemTest86)
Testing GPU with FurMark (I'm also going to try it with OCCT now)
Looking up SSD's health and status with CrystalDiskInfo (Very good with %94 Health)
Monitoring system stability with HWInfo and logging the process

These are all i've tried so far and i have almost nothing to try left. I've got into contact with ASUS in my country and they told me to don't even use a brush even for cleaning dust because it'd be out of warranty.

I've been having other problems for some time too:
1- Left part of my keyboard has been functioning weirdly, with no visible sign of key being pressed/stuck my W keeps giving input if i hold it for some time and let go. This has spread to other keys around it too such as A. I also noticed that holding down Shift would activate Caps Lock without turning it's light on, this lasts a second.
2- My battery goes down to %30 under heavy load such as resource heavy/temperature increasing games while plugged in. I thought this was related to my power plan settings but i have a friend who also has the exact same laptop and they don't experience it under similar settings. My adapter gives correct output when i measure it with a multimeter too.

I need your help please. Hardware seems fine but i have very weird and confusing crashes and BSODs. I've never overclocked my hardware, i only undervolted some more than 6 months ago and not for long. I'm going to send it to ASUS service for repair but i need my device during this christmas season so i'm trying to fix this for these times until i can send it with no issues.

I'm looking forward for any helpful info, thanks.

i9 13th?Yes, it's the cause. I've met iqrl_not_less_or_equal when overclocked my cpu too much to be stable, the same symptom of 13/14th i5/7/9 k-ended cpu.
That's what i've been thinking of too, before undervolting my i9 13th i went and tried to solve about WMI issues and i believe things are stable now. Except for 2 chrome page crashes, my apps have been stable so far! I'm going to send it for a maintenance soon though. Thanks for the comment :)

Edit: Whoops i almost forgot to mention that i removed MyASUS and Asus Armoury Crate software and my WMI issues are mostly gone, about %90 percentage. I've been able to play my games without any crash and with good performance so far, let's hope it'll stay this way 😀

its under warranty, call them. It sounds like it needs repair.
It's under warranty but i need to ship it to them which is very risky in my country, there is a high chance of at least one thing being damaged. Also, i was thinking of undervolting my CPU but then i decided to investigate WMI issues further and i believe getting rid of MyASUS and Armoury Crate software solved the problems for me. Except for 2 chrome page crashes, i've been able to play games with no issue and great performance. Thanks for the comments.

UPDATE: Nope, unfortunately i got a few more Chrome page crashes (''Aw, snap!'') then had a BSOD with another error this time: FLTMGR.SYS
I'm trying to find what the problem is.
