Which motherboard is best for this setup?

If I go with the following components, what socket 939 motherboard do you think would be best for me? I am not interested in SLI.

GeForce 7800GTX
Athlon 64 3200 Venice
2 GB OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Gold VX
Turtle Beach Sound Card
200 GB SATA Hard Drive
430 Watt TruePower Antec Power Supply

I imagine you are speaking of DLI nF4 LANPARTY. It seemed like perhaps MSI Neo4 Platinum or Abit Fatal1ty AN8 might be a better choice though.

The DFI is a better mobo for that RAM.
Why do you like the MSI or the Abit better?
