I hope you are doing great, I have an question that

Which motherboard will be best for Core i5 10400 LGA 1200?
I just want to know the cheap one which supports NVem and some basic features

Also you can suggest me (Ram, Nvem, Supply & Graphic Card) if you do have time for me, I'd appreciate that...

You can look at pretty much any motherboard from this shortlist;

but I'd recommend a B460 chipset if you want to pair it with an i5-10400.

Ram; pick a DDR4-2666MHz dual channel ram kit
PSU; that will depend on your entire system's requirements
GPU; will depend on your graphical tasks/workloads
NVMe; ....
