Which Motherboard to buy

Just wondering which mobo would be a better choice as i am building my first pc.

Not really sure because they have a decent price gap and what the extra money spent would give me.
My other parts are : i5 4690k, gtx 970,16gb ram...

I'd go the GigaByte, won't build on MSI due to poor QC
