Which Of These Is Best? SSD Drive

I have a Win 7 64 Bit System, with a 1TB Hard Drive, and a 465GB Internal backup Drive.

I'd like to install an SSD to boost performance, and I am looking at the 128GB types, with a $ range of $100 -$120.

I am going to use this bracket (in mt Dell Inspiron 620):

Search the forum, there are tons of people posting a very similar question.

Samsung 830 / Intel 520 series seem to be the general preference. I would go with a Samsung 830 if I was buying.
