i want to know if its worth the 50 bucks more and if this can run witcher 3, ac unity, gta v on high. any information is appreciated.

i looked into that too but i dont have a lot of money, 650 is a far as i will go. plus i fear i may buy wrong components and it wont work or i might build it wrong. i know a lot about how to use a pc, but not how to build it.

You'll save on the parts therefore allowing you to get more value for money. There's websites like Part picker (and other ones) that allow you to build a pc and will tell you if there's any problems with the parts. I'm building one but i would recommend that you research about all parts and look at the benchmarks for the games you want to play. You can also get someone to build the pc for you if you do not want to.

i also want to mention i dont live in the USA or big countrys so i dont have a big range of buying options. i can order them online but most dont deliver to my country. i do have options to buy most stuff, but that was the best deal i found in my region. i looked into building again and i compared numbers it was 50 bucks more expensive to build myself than buy prebuilt.

Copy posting some specsheet bleh. Anyhow, the second system seems a better choice. You gotta think what you want. Shadowplay on nvidia cards is nice to have and the nvidia card has HDMI 2.0 if I'm not mistaken. AMD cards tend to have better price to performance ratio though.

Also, build the system yourself. Depending on where you live I could give you input on where to buy your stuff. I am sure there is some kind of hardware shop near you where you can buy the parts seperately you picked on a website where they would build the computer for you. In my experience, this usually adds 100€. Something you could spend on a better GPU or something else. Please look into it! It is not that difficult! Trust me! I've been there and not so long ago!
