Hi,
These 4 PSUs have the same price in my country. Regardless of my hardware which of this PSU is better?

PD: During the summer of my country the temp is higher than 30ºC

1)

2)

None of them are really that good and I wouldnt recommend any of them in a high end system but a budget to lower mid range system I would choose the EVGA BR

Thank you for your reply. What hardware do you refer to when you say a high-end system?

I would like to buy the Evga 700 BR, but in the evga specification say "Operating Temperature 0° to 30° C", and during the summer of my country the temp is higher than 30ºC

And what think about a Seasonic 620w m12ii?

None of them are good. Neither Seasonic M12II 620W is. But they're really okay if you have a PC with intergrated graphics or some low-power draw GPU like GTX1660. But if you have to choose out of these, EVGA BR would be better choice, it's DC-DC at least though cost-down.

My spec is:
Ryzen 7 3700x
GTX 2060 super

At the moment I don't think to do oc. I worry the operating temperature, its to low to my country during summer

Only for curiosity, what is wrong with Evga 700B?

Which do you recommend around 75/80 USD?
It's a budget PSU but yeah, it's decent too, 700W version specifically, as lower wattage versions are completely different. But with this PSU i'd recommend smth substantially better. Corsair CX (non-modular), Antec Neo Eco Zen, Thermaltake GX1 (non-RGB), smth else maybe. Where you're buying from ?

I like a bit more the Evga 700 B than 700 BR only for it's operating temperature.
I can only get the Corsair CX and Thermaltake Smart but the 500w PSUs.
The best of Thermaltake that I can buy is the Thermaltake Smart BX1 750W 80 Plus Bronze

I am from Argentina, the hardware it's expensive and few choices.
