Which of these PSUs?

Here is the build I'm planning on buying:
Note: I have an Asus Geforce GTX 560TI not a Galaxy...

It's a budget build obviously that will be used mainly for gaming.

I'm trying to decide between these two PSUs:

I was originally set (and still am currently) on the XFX because I heard they were a reliable brand, but for $10 less (not including the rebate on XFX) I could get the Rosewill which has 630w vs 550w and slightly more amps on the 12v single rail. I'm not against the $10 price difference if it means a higher quality PSU which I can rely on in the long run, I just want to make sure I make the right choice.

Also, if you can recommend another PSU within the same price range, please go ahead.

I would definitely go with the XFX. Its a more reliable brand and it's 80+ bronze certified. Whereas the Rosewell is only 80+ certified.

The XFX is definitely the PSU to go for out of these two, it's got a better rating (80+ Bronze vs 80+)
550W will be plenty for your system and overall it's a better built than the Rosewill.

No contest , the XFX is superior in every way.

Rosewill supplies are poor and not reliable.

Ok, thank you. And just another quick question if you may...Would this setup be fine if I wanted to OC the CPU at all or would I need to buy a better PSU and/or motherboard in the future? I wouldn't be going all out, just slightly if any.

You want a solid cooler and all solid components to overclock.
