Which of these two built is better ?

so i want to built a cheap gaming pc that can play new game like fallout 4, far cry primal, etc. And will last for the upcoming game in 2-3 years.

First built:
CPU: AMD Kaveri A10 7850K 3.7GHz Gaming A Series

GPU: VGA Integrated AMD Radeon R7 (i will buy the dedicated gpu PowerColor AX7850 2GBD5-DH Radeon HD 7850)

RAM: Kingston DDR3 8GB PC10600/12800

STORAGE: Harddisk Seagate/WD 1TB Sata

Second built:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz

GPU: PowerColor AX7850 2GBD5-DH Radeon HD 7850

RAM: HyperX XMP Blu Series 4GB DDR3 1600

STORAGE:Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB

The price is about the same, which of these two that is better for gaming ?

The second one of course. Make sure you pick up a decent Motherboard capable of sustaining a High overclock just to be safe
