Which of these two cases will be better.

Among those two, I think I would vouch for the Rosewill one, as I haven't heard very good word about the Phanteks.
I have a NZXT Phantom 410 Black case. It simply is stunning and is right in your price range. It is sturdy and the Cable Management is brilliant. The looks of it is just overwhelming. But again, it comes down to personal choices. So I think you should check into the NZXT one too. If you like it then great, else you can go ahead with the Rosewill one I guess. 😀

I'd recommend the phanteks, for the price it's one of the best cases you can get for airflow, air or water cooling setups. Very versatile case, almost every part of it comes apart with screws. The psu cover is metal and solid, 2 filters on the bottom, filtered top and filtered front intake. Both the fans that come with it are pretty decent. Lots of cable management, nice set of extras in terms of thumb screws, various screws for fans, hdd's, etc. Most of the fan mounts use slots instead of single mounting holes so fans can be positioned just about anywhere you want and is set up for multiple fan sizes in just about every location.

ParadoxIfinite, where haven't you heard very good about the phanteks cases? Just curious because it's got 5/5 eggs out of 88 reviews on newegg alone and just about every review of it to my knowledge is excellent. Whether it's overclock.net, Bill Owen over at mnpctech or anyplace.

Some forums, I don't remember, it was about 4-5 months ago when I was deciding on which case to buy for my build.

That's odd. The enthoo pro, luxe and primo have all gotten really good feedback. The enthoo pro has 5/5 eggs out of 88 reviews on newegg, amazon has 5/5 stars out of 69 reviews. They're pretty popular over at overclock.net. A couple of issues I know of, one was the side window coming scratched. Mine had a nick in the paint on the side panel, got ahold of phanteks and they sent me a brand new panel immediately, Brian over at phanteks is great to work with. The other issue people have had is with the included fan hub and sorting out how to properly use it. In most cases it's user error not understanding how it operates with the pwm control and many times it's from the motherboard fan hub not being true pwm but voltage controlled instead. Can't speak for that since I prefer to use a rheobus controller so I can adjust my fans directly, I don't use the bios.

Here's Bill Owen's review of it
