which one is Best Graphic card for Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro budget under 100$ with i3 - 4130?

i have I3-4130 processor, 81m-s gigabyte Mother Board, 8gb Ram DDR3. i have buy all the stuff, but confused with selection of Graphic card. my Budget is $100. i have selected Nvdia beacuse of CUDA. if amd is too good than nvidia than i will go with amd gpu processor.

i have surfed pages of adobe community but havent find above models ,not even people who have tested. i just found that 610 is little good than 730, and some says 730. so only community can help me. i have invested all my earnings to build this pc to start video editing to earn.

If you want something that can handle both programs at the same time, you're going to need to spend more than $100. I would say $200-$250 at least.

thank you for your reaply. but i cant not afford it. so i only have to be under the 100$ so can you help me choose the best one under the 100$

From my investigations, you can look at the texture fill rates for the various cards as a relaible indicator of CUDA performance. Choose the one with the highest fill rate. Failing that, simply choose the one with the highest number of cores. The amount of VRAM is not as critical as the above.

I suspect the GT 740 will be "it".
