Question Which one is better , GPT or MBR?

I read some thread, GPT is better for 2tb or larger disk.
Also, i read GPT is better for NVME.

My BIOS support UEFI

IF i use NVME ssd but with only 1 TB storage ? what should i choose, GPT or MBR?

GPT is the required disk for installing Windows 11. With that said, it is best to use GPT for any drive regardless of size.
