IMO: None of them.

They're all very poor quality, ESPECIALLY the Smart and Lite power series.
The last thing you should ever go cheap on, is the PSU.

Do you have a better budget for a PSU?
The cheapest I could recommend opting for:
PCPartPicker Part List

Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $64.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

But there are better PSUs to opt for.
Just see point 1 here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...when-selecting-parts-for-a-custom-pc.3510178/

that's really frustrating,
the above +" FSP HYDRO & COOLER MASTER ELITE & SPIRIT OF GAMER XPS", ar the only available PSU in my country & some unknown brands. the budget in not the problem.
if there is any good PSU from those series please let me know.

thanks for replying to all my questions i really appreciate it.
i was thinking of newegg but the shipping cost is too high, and i am not willing to pay $100 for a $55 product.

I just tried out the Algeria shipping costs and ... WOW!

Literally charge you for the product again don't they?

Well a list of some that you could consider if they are available - some are better than others, and I may not usually recommend, but based on your location difficulty, just giving food for thought:
  • Seasonic M12II (not ideal IMO, but good if you're stuck for budget)
  • Cooler Master MWE Bronze (specifically Bronze and upwards, standard MWE is trash)
  • Corsair CX / TX / RM / RMx / CXM
  • EVGA G1 / G2 / G3 / GQ
  • Antec EDGE
  • ThermalTake Toughpower Grand

etc.

thanks,
-i just checked, and the only one that i could find was "COOLER MASTER MWE BRONZE 550". it's the only choice that i have.
i might wait a little bit and see if any new product will be add to the market.
-newegg shipping is not practical to my country, i wanted to test the Graphite Thermal Pad.
https://secure.newegg.com/global/dz-en/Shopping/ShoppingCart.aspx?submit=view
but the shipping cost was almost %300
i was like ...What!? treble price for a small product.
