Question Which one should I purchase?

I'm looking to purchase a gaming laptop. I don't want to go higher then 1400, but Ideally i'd rather stay around 1200. I strictly want a 17 inch display or larger. I came down to these three options. Which one should I buy? If you have a better recommendation I'm willing to listen.

I would avoid anything Intel as of recent. My vote is towards the Ryzen based laptop in that lineup though a Ryzen based laptop with an RTX4060 would be a good idea.

Why is it you say to avoid anything intel as of recent? Is there an issue with those laptops cpus? I don't understand.
