Which is better for gaming at 1366 x 768?

6670 1 GB DDR3
or
5670 1 GB DDR5

i know DDR5 is better than DDR3.

bt in this case which of two is better?

Plz also note: 6670 DDR3 is 10$ cheaper than 5670 DDR5 at my location.

Plz suggest me which one to purchase?

take the 5670, DDR3 and DDR5 make a diferance, even if the 5000 is older than the 6000

Definitely the 5670 GDDR5 - not by a whole lot, but DDR5 is twice as fast as DDR3, and you will notice this in gaming.
