Which one will be better to play BF3/MW3 and BO2 when it comes out? And on what settings?

The second one will game better. It has faster ram and the gpu is 4 tiers higher on the gpu hierarchy. Also you could clock the 955be to the level of a 965. But you should make sure that it comes with a fan. The one on newegg doesn't come with a heatsink so getting the 965 from them would offset the price of having to get an after market cooler.

i would choose this one in a box with the fan and a 3 years warranty so you wont have to buy a aftermarket cooler for now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727 also your will need bios 302 on the motherboard add some thermal paste in case you need to move the cooler from the motherboard
