Which one's better?

I was finding parts to upgrade my PC and was settled on this:

i5 4590
MSI B85-G43 Gaming Motherboard
2x4GB HyperX Fury Red (I already have two sticks of this and needed [wanted] more)

But then I came across this bundle,

Which comes with:

Xeon E3 1230 V5
MSI Xeon E3 Krait Gaming V5
Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Memory

I've been doing some research on it myself but I'm just not sure which beats out the other.

The E3 Xeon is the better option. Newer architecture with better IPC, faster clock speed, four hyperthreads not present on the Haswell 4590, more onboard cache, better motherboard. No comparison at all.

Plus more ram on a newer platform (DDR4 vs DDR3), which really does not compare well to the above mentioned.

That too. No question, hands down, the Xeon build is far superior. If somebody was offering a bundle like that here, I'd probably recommend it all the time.
