Which Order? Video card or PCIe Intel hard drive first?

Just bought a new setup. Should I install my new PCIe Intel 750 series hard drive in slot one and then put the video card in slot 2 or vice versa. Installing on a GA-Z170X-UD3 motherboard

The video card MUST go in the top pcie x16 slot . This is wired directly to the processor
The second x16 slot is also only for a graphics card . It shares lanes with the first slot for SLI or crossfire set ups

Put the hard drive in the bottom x16 slot
