Question Which power supply is best on budget?

Hello Guys!
I am thinking to build a VR PC with the below mentioned components:

Please let me knoww the best powersupply on budget for this build.
please make sure that this is a VR PC Build and i use Oculus Rift S VR Headest ith this pc.

Choose ram kit of 2 modules instead of single module.
With single module you can't activate dual channel mode. Also 8GB is not enough for latest gaming titles.

Actually i thought 550 is enough for me!
But, my friends are suggesting to get a 650w or 750w as I'm using VR Headset, it will require more power!

Even the 2070 can run on a good quality 550W
You can always get higher for more headroom in the future, but it's not necessary. The CX comes with a 5 year warranty so you could be upgrading PSU by the time you go for large upgrades anyway.
