Seeing as you live outside of the USA, you should tell us what PSUs are available to you, within your budget. We can suggest PSUs all day long, wasting all of our time if they aren't available where you are. (or cost to much.)

From that list, I'd get either of the 550W Corsairs. Should have enough power for the 4850. Good luck with the build.

I think that i will buy the Corsair CMPSU-550VX (550W)
