Question Which Prebuilt Option is better? (Same Price)

I'm looking to buy a Prebuilt gaming desktop and I'm not super savy past the basic knowledge, so I figured I'd ask you guys since this place has been nothing but helpful in the past. These two options are very similar other than the storage, so I was wondering if I'm missing anything? I want your guys opinions on which build is better. Any feedback is appreciated!

Any distinction is probably within the margin of error unless you can get greater detail on things like:

Power supply

CPU cooler

Case airflow characteristics

Specific motherboard or BIOS features

Neither brand gets much enthusiasm here, but you may have no other choice.

I'd be quite nervous if they use an AIO cooler. I didn't check.

both look like they have upsides and down sides

The cpu cooler calls into question 1. the quality of the AIO on one 2. a tower cooler on a13700k both a bit interesting to say the least !!
