which PSU is better for a mini itx build using a Silverstone SG13 case
1)ENERMAX ERD600AWL-F REVOLUTION DUO
2)DEEPCOOL QUANTA DQ550ST 550W
3)Cougar PowerX 550W
4)Fractal Design Integra M

None of those are really good units. The Fratal Design is decent though, so out of the 4 I would take that.

High quality units..

-Seasonic Focus series
-Corsair RMx series
-EVGA Supernova G3 series.

Yes, that is a decent unit as long as it's not the old Green logo unit, but those didn't come in 450w version AFAIK.
