[SOLVED] Which PSU is better in terms of Performance Corsair TX 650M or the RM650?

So As the TXM series PSUs come with 100% Japanese Capacitors unlike the RM series, only RMx and RMi series have 100% Japanese caps. Undoubtedly the RMx and RMi series PSUs are better than the TXM one but what about TXM vs RM?

Let's just forget about Modularity and stuff, and talk about the performance only, Which is more performing and better to choose Corsair TXM or the RM PSUs?

RM>TXm
The 12v ripple with the TXm is a fair bit worse then the RM, both units transient respone at 3.3v isn't great, but the TXm is a bit worse.

So Would I be risking my components If I chose TXM instead of the RM series? To be honest that's the only thing I am concerned about, Modularity Noise etc doesn't appeal to me that much.

I am using an r7 3700x and 2070 Super and have decided to get a Corsair TX650M, So Is it a good choice both performance wise and wattage wise?

It'll work fine. Though with a gpu that expensive, I would personally opt for the additional $20 for an RM or RMx.
