Question Which PSU Outputs gogo into the GPU ?

PSU is an MSI MPG A650GF 650W 80 PLUS GOLD, and the GPU is an rx 6700 xt, with two 8 pin power connectors.

These are the PSU outs:

Which two of them should be connected to the GPU (Red/Green/Blue) ?

It would seem that there are 2 cables on VGA 1, so if your video card requires 2 8 pin connectors, I would have 1 from VGA 1 (red or green, whichever), and 1 from VGA 2 (blue). But that's only assuming that, internally, VGA 1 & 2 aren't already using the same rail...which they MAY be. It's hard to say without a schematic of the psu.

Green and blue it is, but the labeling is different in the manual lol

Most of those manuals are translated from Chinese into English by people from Taiwan that speak neither Chinese nor English very well.
