Hi

I am building a new PC. Following are the components

Ryzen 3700X (i plan to overclock)
Asus x570 TUF Gaming WiFi
Gskill Tridentz Neo 2x16 GB 3600
Zotac 2070Super Amp Extreme
Corsair H115i Platinum

RGB Case Fans (2x200, 3x140, 1x120)
3 hard drives (2 SATA, 1 nvme)
4-5 usb devices

I use the PC at least 8 hours daily

I have decided to buy only Corsair power supplies. Where I stay only these are in stock and within my budget:
Corsair HX 750 ($158) (Platinum Certified)
Corsair M 850 ($149) (Gold Certified)

The
Antec HCG 1000W extreme ($133) (Gold Certified)
and Thermaltake Toughpower 750 RGB($138) (Gold Certified)
is available at a lower cost but I'm skeptical about using PSUs other than Corsair.

Please help me decide:
  1. What rating PSU I really need
  2. Which one to choose from the options available

550??? There are power losses during conversion from PSU wattage, and I want to run at 70-80 % of max load. Is 850 gold/750platinum too much?

My old PC has a Corsair PSU which is running for 8 years with no problems till date. I think they are reliable. Just skeptical about others...
