Which PSU should I go for?

Solution

Actually the 80+ rating says nothing about how clean the power is, just the efficiency - and that directly determines how much power it will draw (compared to how much the components draw).

The Antec and eVGA PSUs are both decent budget PSUs. With the higher capacity (both wattage and 12V amperage) of the eVGA PSU would probably be...
The 80+ certified isnt about the amount of electricity it draws, it is abou how efficient and clean power it can supply to what wattage the PSU is rated for, so yes 80+ is something everyone shoould shoot for. That being said I would go for the EVGA power supply as with a video card and AMD processor you are looking at a 400-450 watt TDP, so 500W is something that would be considered a minimum.

Yeah, I know about that, it's just that the site is located really far away from me and I know someone that lives in the same city as me who purchased something from them once and it took almost a month to get it to him. I'd rather not wait that long.
