Which PSU should I go with ?

I have an old PSU unit (3-4 years old) and decided to buy a new one.

I got my eyes on EVGA 650w but there are 2 models : GQ gold semi modular - G1 gold fully modular

(1) Is there a big difference between them ? (Cheaper is better for me)

(2) would any of them fit my case ? (ATX mid tower zalman Z12 plus)

(3)Are they compatible with my specs?
Motherboard : Gigabyte G1 sniper Z97
Processor : i7-4790
