which PSU to Be installed

here are the specs...
Intel i5-4440
Asus H81M-C
g.skills 8GB raam
1 tb seagate hdd
evga geforce gt740
will 500w psu goodenough for the system I provided.
I have configured keeping in mind about running video editing softwares,and do standard gaming....
is this good enough
 
The build looks nice & compatible. As mentioned, but i'll elaborate on it in more detail. If you want a smoother gaming experience & nicer looking images consider the GTX 750 at least, it shouldn't be much more than a GT 740 & worth it for $20-$30 more.

Power supply wise, it depends on the quality of it. And the 12v rail is the key factor you want to consider, as this powers your hungry graphics card & processor. A decent 500W PSU should have at least 30 amps/360W or more on the 12v rail. And it's ideal to have 2x 6+2-pin PCI-E connectors for any future graphics card upgrade you may consider.

(GT 740 appears to be a higher clocked replacement to the GT 640)
