[SOLVED] Which RAM is a Laptop RAM ?

Is it have to be SODIMM? My laptop is Acer Swift 3 SF314-41 Ryzen 5 3500U, the laptop currently have 4GB soldered RAM, I need to add 4GB more, and there is 1 other slot, thanks.

Your laptop oddly enough has 1 RAM slot + the 4Gb soldered. (If this is indeed your model) It supports DDR4-2666. You can have a max 8GB installed in the slot to a total 12GB. Here is some info regarding this on Acer's site.

btw, what are your thought on the ram upgrade if I were going to add another 4GB DDR4 2400MHz? that is my current ram
